Three-way control valve V5833A and V5833C HONEYWELL

The Honeywell Series V5832A, V5833A, and V5833C include valve sizes DN15 (1/2 ") and DN20 (3/4"). We can choose from three types of devices. The Honeywell V5832A family is a 5833-port, V5833A XNUMX-way and VXNUMXC XNUMX-way with bypass.
The series consists of several dozen types of devices. For example, the Honeywell V5833C1025 version is a 15-way bypass model DN5833. The Honeywell V1041C20 valve, on the other hand, has a size of DNXNUMX.
Montage of the presented valves  it's simple and shouldn't cause any problems. The small dimensions of the devices enable their installation even in confined, hard-to-reach places. In turn, the flat surfaces of the body allow for convenient installation with the use of appropriate tools.

Honeywell's V5832A, V5833A and V5833C valves, like all other products offered by this brand, are characterized by many years of trouble-free operation. The highest quality materials were used for their production. The valve stem is made of stainless steel and the plug is made of brass. In addition, the valves are equipped with a plastic knob that allows manual operation of the device and protection of the stem. In this way, the user can change the position of the mandrel during filling. It is also possible to prepare the installation for operation during construction, without the need for drivers or actuators.
At the customer's request, it is possible to order tips for valves. It should be remembered that for the V5832A Honeywell version two tips are required, for the V5833A - three, and for the V5833C - four. We also sell valve heads with seals that allow the valve insert to be replaced without drainage.
The large valve lift confirms good proportionality, while the reduced bypass Kvs facilitates water balance. Moreover, the valves are equipped with a soft seat that ensures low leakage and a large range.

All types of valves should preferably be installed in the return lines. If the Δp value exceeds 60 kPa, noise may occur.
The built-in return spring in the globe valve is the source of the opening force. In XNUMX-way valves and XNUMX-way valves with bypass, the spring is the source of the force closing the path from A to AB.
The valves are equipped with a plastic knob for manual operation and protection of the stem. This makes it possible to change the position of the spindle during filling and prepare the installation for operation during construction, without the use of drivers or actuators. Both small electric and thermoelectric actuators provide automatic control of the valve stem movement during opening and closing.
