Spring-loaded actuator EF24A BELIMO

The EF24A BELIMO spring return actuator can be used for air dampers up to approx. 6 m². This model is powered by the rated voltage of AC / DC 24 V.
The device is equipped with a solid housing with IP54 protection class, which protects the actuator mechanism against damage.
The actuator brings the damper to the operating position, thus charging the return spring. When the power supply is interrupted, the return spring sets the damper in the safe position.
The installation of the EF24A Belimo actuator is simple, but in order to ensure the correct operation of the entire installation, it is important that it must be performed by a properly authorized person. The actuator is mounted directly on the damper shaft using the universal clamp bracket, which is supplied with a strap to prevent the actuator from rotating.
The spring return actuator mounting clamp is factory-fitted with an axle stabilizer to ensure the stability of the throttle / throttle shaft / actuator assembly. This stabilizer is composed of two support rings made of plastic. Depending on the installation conditions as well as the axle diameter, it must either be left partially or completely removed.
The damper can be adjusted manually with a handle. It can also be locked in any position using the lock switch. Unlocking from the position set in this way is performed manually or by connecting the supply voltage.
The angle of rotation of the EF24A Belimo actuators is regulated by means of mechanical stops.
